Melling: Route 145 will detour away from Melling Station from 22 December 2025
To support the Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (RiverLink) project, Route 145 timetables will change from 22 December. The service will travel to Waterloo Station. Please note that from this date, connections to the Melling Line will no longer be available.

With routes 29 and 39 not stopping outside New World, you need to transfer to the route 1 bus or walk from the nearest bus stop on The Parade to access the Island Bay shops.
