R2 and R18 buses travelling to Karori will finish trips at Stop 5331 (397 Karori Rd, opposite Karori Park). This stop is approximately 180m from the closed stop. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to roadworks, route 83 will detour via Wellington Urban motorway northbound to Petone. Passengers are advised to use routes 1, 24, 25, 52 for bus stops along Thorndon Quay and Hutt Road.

Due to roadworks, route 1 will detour away from Ngauranga Gorge southbound to Wellington. Bus stop 3252 Johnsonville Road (near 147) will be closed and passengers are advised to use bus stop 3081 Johnsonville - Stop B.

From Sunday 25 January Route 29 and Route 39 will no longer travel down Derwent Street.
This will mean that routes 29 and 39 will not stop outside the Island Bay New World on Medway Street. Customers accessing the Island Bay shops from these routes can transfer to the route 1 bus or walk from the nearest bus stop on The Parade. For more information and maps visit the link below.
